Delivery Process

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification email with the tracking details. You can use this information to track your order's progress and know when to expect it.

*Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are: 3 - 5 business days depending on product design and Item. Most of our items are made upon order to ensure the best quality for our customers!

*We do offer worldwide shipping, except for non-delivery countries stated below.

Orders over $79 ship for free standard shippping. Orders under $79 ship for standard shippping with flat rate charge of $8.99.

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the destination address, and the time we assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

For example, if you order a Hoodie, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and 7-12 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-17 business days.

Note: Due to the increased volume of orders during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, there may be a delay in the processing time of all orders, but don't worry, we will speed up the process and send the products to you at the first time;

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • We currently ship to over 50 countries!
  • *Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries/regions:
    Thailand, India, Brazil, Mexico, Dominica, Reunion, Iraq, Mozambique, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Panama, Maldives, Ecuador, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Palau, Turks and Caicos Islands, Seychelles, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, Zambia, Cote d'Ivoire.
  • We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, a delay may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

  • Except for the United States, some countries/regions have already charged 10% tax at checkout, and the courier company will no longer charge customers. (Such as the UK and EU 27 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Estonia) Except for the above countries, if others need to pay import taxes, customs duties and related customs fees for imports. These fees (if applicable) are determined and collected by the customs of the destination country. For more detailed information on charges, please contact your local customs directly.

 

How to Track My Order?

  • When the order has been shipped, we would send a shipping confirmation email to you. At the same time, we would send the tracking number and the tracking link to you, then you could check the tracking information yourself.

  • We process orders from Monday to Friday (except on weekends and holidays)
  • All delivery times are estimated and Sopula is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error holiday-related delays, etc.) or any other unforeseen factors.
    Note: Sopula is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as an address, contact number, or receiver’s name). In this case, we are unable to refund you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@sopula.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • If, for any reason, your products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund.
