Return

a. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: undergarments, accessories, customized shirts/t-shirts, clearance items, non-returnable logos and free gifts.

b. Returned items must be in their unused condition within 30 days of delivered date with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

c. Any return request without customer service authorization will not be processed, for returns please contact our customer service for a return label.

d. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that is not bought from our store.

 

Exchange

In the following cases: quality problems, wrong shipment, missing accessories, product damage, product defacement or missing parts; we are willing to replace the product or return it to you for free. If you just don't like the product or there is no quality problem with the product, then you need to bear the shipping cost for the return or exchange!

Return Process

1: Within 30 days of receiving your order, please send an email to support@sopula.com with your order number,reason for return, and attached photos for verification.

2: Once we receive your return request, our support team will follow up on your request and provide a solution. (We understand your urgency, but please allow us some time to respond, We will get back to you as soon as possible.)

3: Place your items back in their original packaging and make sure that they have not been laundered or altered.

4: Deliver your package to a certified carrier. Please make sure to obtain a logistics receipt and tracking code so that we are aware that you are sending the items back to us.

 

How to Issue a Refund After I Return the Items?

1. Once we receive the returned item, it will take 3 to 7 business days to process your request.

2. The refund will be credited back to your order original payment account as per your request.

3. PayPal refunds may take up to 3 business days to process and appear in your account.

4. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. The exact timing of this delay depends on your credit card company.

5. Once the refund process is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

6. The original shipping fees and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

Note: SOPULA does not take responsibility for delivery failures, losses,or any other issues caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes but is not limited to refusal of delivery confirmation and incorrect recipient information (such as address,  contact number, or recipient's name). In such cases, we are unable to process a refund for you. If you discover any inaccuracies in your order information, please contact us at support@sopula.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and the correct information. Common Return Questions:

Q1:What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

A:Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team immediately at support@sopula.com so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Q2:When will I receive the replacement item if I request an exchange?

A:When you submit an exchange request, we will review and process your request.After processing, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link so that you can track the progress of your package.

Q3:Can I return promotional items or gift card items?

A:Unfortunately,we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift card items.Promotional items are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Q4:Can I try on the item? If I don't like it, do I meet the 30-day return policy?

A:If you don't like the item or want to return or exchange it due to unsatisfactory style, color, change in personal preference or wrong purchase, we are willing to replace it with another item in the store free of charge, but the resulting return and exchange costs will need to be borne by you and the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Notes On Handling Returns

The product packaging and appearance should remain intact (including packaging fillers and outer packaging bags), and the product accessories, hang tags, invoices, etc. must be complete.

If discounts such as coupons are used when purchasing products, the aforementioned coupon will not be refunded to your account when you initiate a return. If you choose to return the product, we will refund the actual payment you made for the purchased item to your current payment account.

Note: (Any address on the parcel is not our actual return address, please contact our after-sales customer service to get the correct address if you need to return the goods, we will not refund the parcel lost due to private return.)

 

Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of purchase, if you decide to cancel your order, you can contact us immediately to initiate a return request. We will charge a partial handling fee and refund the remaining balance of your canceled order!

If the order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.
